When...This is such an adorable series of pictures. When you wrote about searching for your Dr. Martens, it really took me back. When I graduated from college and got my first job in NY, I thought that it was time for me to dress like an adult, so I bagged up nearly all of my clothes and gave them away to the Salvation Army. I still regret getting rid of my Kelly green lace up Docs and perfectly worn in flannels, but like to think they found a loving home with someone else. The other day I was walking to school and saw a girl wearing an "I *Heart* Grunge" teeshirt. It cracked me up. Everything does come back, but you are right that the subtle lines and changes will often put a piece of clothing squarely in a time period. Thank you for all the great memories!Kristienhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07532169005301127049noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33197783.post-66987962685623733952010-03-12T11:27:00.947-05:002010-03-12T11:27:00.947-05:00The 90s were pretty tragic for me, fashion-wise.The 90s were pretty tragic for me, fashion-wise.Jocyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01390360190381241408noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33197783.post-60261385034074200292010-03-12T01:39:24.723-05:002010-03-12T01:39:24.723-05:00I love this!!! Bought it around 1991 and it still looks good. Now I wish I had purchased more from them.L.P.https://www.blogger.com/profile/13837258696952174540noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33197783.post-71013712474233104772010-03-11T22:34:24.827-05:002010-03-11T22:34:24.827-05:00Ha, so fun!
