That is a great dress! I actually have fabric like that--two sarongs I bought in Sri Lanka. I've been thinking about making one into a dress (it's quite a lot of fabric). My favorite (which is not too different from punky's fabric) was purchased at Barefoot (barefootceylon.com) perhaps they do mail order.
