Back again

I'm here.

For now let's bracket the less than delightful and focus on my favorite season. I adore pretty much everything at Steven Alan. Would it be ridiculous to wear what is essentially fancy pajamas to work?

Black Crane High Neck Top and Quilt Pants

I have a few home improvement projects to share including a new rug for the living room. It's slowly coming together....

Not ridiculous at all. I just bought a pair of the quilt pants and they're definitely intended for work wear.

I went to Eileen Fischer's outlet (where despite being 39, I feel so so young) today at lunch and this pair of viscose pants in navy were so comfy but so much like pj -I was torn. I walked away without them but we start a trend?

That's so funny I just purchased those pants in black and cream to try on. The fabric looks so good! I usually never buy pants, only tops or dresses, so I figured why not. I haven't gotten anything from black crane before so I'm excited!

Well in that case, sizing advice please!!

Eileen Fisher is the best, I love the fabrics. It's funny how a brand can actually be ageless, I wish more were.

Erica, I think the sizing is true to size and maybe a tad bigger. The waist is elastic so there is a lot of give. For me the choice of sizes between a small and medium came down to how slouch I wanted the legs to fit. A small felt too tight for me.on the legs though walk the waist was fine.

Thanks, Jocy. I should probably look for them in a medium, then, my calves tend to swell.
