They have completely different personalities...i do love the white even though it'll be harder to keep clean. I wish I could try on the jeans. The idea of ordering two sizes down makes me anxious!
I too am pining for the stiletto dot jeans after seeing them here. I tried them on at Conifer though, in my normal size, and they were fine or perhaps only a tiny bit big. I would only size down one size max!
aprovecharse- i would normally go down one size except my experience with C/E jeans is that the material stretches out a ton. this is why i'm hesitant to order online!
eliza jane-- i love the yellow, too! but the white seems more summery to me. can't decide at all, and the rest of the lauren moffatt collection is very tempting also.
I made my first purchase in ages at the Gap of a polka doted denim western shirt at 30% off it was 40 dollars. It fits like my reverse SA, the buttons are dark grey faux mother pearl. The dots are as cute as the C/E pants and easier to pull off. I had to tell you about this shirt...and I cannot find it on the website to share a link. It's from the 1969 collection. An easy way to test the polka-dot denim idea.

I'm a fan of neutral (although the yellow is nice too) so if I was in your situation, I'd probably choose the white.

I loved the jeans but they seriously bag out very easily. as cute as they are the fabric is pretty cheap. There is no way that I am a 26 in jeans :)
